In order to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, and that hygiene and safety conditions are guaranteed for everyone, we ask you to carefully read these internal regulations.

Rental period

The cottage is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation, determined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances may a tenant claim any right to remain on the premises outside of this period.

Arrival and departure

• Arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m..

• Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 10:00 a.m..

• Your cleaning time must take place on the day of departure, before the cut-off time.

Materials provided​

• The cottage is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets, pillows and blankets. You must use fitted sheets to wrap the mattresses, pillowcases and duvet covers.

• Bed sheets and bathroom linen are offered among our paid services.

• Please bring garbage bags, sponges, coffee filters, ...

Use of premises

• All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep it in good condition and ensure that it is clean. Interior furniture (chairs, tables, etc.) or any other object must not be moved outside the cottage except for dishes on the terrace at meal times. Outdoor terrace furniture must not be moved outside the terrace.

• Ball games are prohibited on your terrace and in the shared garden in front of the cottages. However, these games are allowed on our second large plot of land located 20 meters along the river.

• The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for a long time if you use the heating.

• All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl, except toilet paper. Only use products compatible with a septic tank.

• Each access door to the cottage is equipped with a key lock. Please make sure to close them gently when leaving the premises. You are responsible for any theft and damage in the event of non-compliance with this clause.

• The keys to the cottage and the welcome booklet must be returned in person to the owner when you leave the cottage.

Safety and Etiquette Instructions

• All parties, evenings or other events are not permitted.

• Please respect the tranquility of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the tenants causing the disturbance.

• To respect the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.

• Smoking and/or vaping is strictly forbidden inside the cottage.

• In case of emergency, please notify the emergency services using the emergency numbers listed in our welcome booklet.

Housekeeping Package

• A cleaning fee will apply at the end of the stay, if the tenant has not chosen to clean the premises themselves or if an inventory after the tenant's departure indicates that the cleaning was insufficient.

• In this case, the cleaning fee (the amount of which is indicated in our paid services) includes cleaning the rooms. However, please ensure that you do not leave the cottage in a mess, in particular by ensuring that furniture, objects and dishes are put away. All cleaning instructions to be followed are displayed in the cottage and in the welcome booklet.

 

Household waste

Bins are available in the kitchen of the cottage. Then, please respect the sorting rules of the village and deposit them in the following places :

👉 at the campsite :

• yellow bin for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging.

• bin for glass.

👉 in the car park of La Poste :

• green bin for household waste.

⚠️ When you leave the cottage, please do not leave anything in the cottage's bins and return them clean.⚠️

Animals refused

Animals are not allowed in the cottage, nor in our entire property.​

In case of problem

• In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. It is forbidden to contact an external repairer whose repair or troubleshooting costs will not be covered by the owner.

• In the event of breakage, damage or deterioration, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent. In the event of loss or deterioration of elements of the cottage, the amount of the security deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or possible replacement.
