Help with online booking on Mobile
1) Access the online booking page :
The online Reservation of one of our cottages is made on the "Book" page.
⚠️If the "Book" page is not displayed correctly, please do the following two operations :
👉 refresh the "Book" page on your internet browser,
👉 delete your internet browsing history.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.🙏
Alternatively you can make your Reservation offline on our "Contact Us" page with one of our accepted payment methods.
2) Search for an available cottage :
👉 Select the dates of your stay by clicking under "Arrivée et Départ". The selected dates then appear in black and grey. Click on "Terminé". Example of stay : from 7 to 21 October 2023.
If the date selection does not work, please see our Booking conditions.
👉 Then add the number of people by clicking under "Adultes et Enfants". Click on the + button to add adults and children then indicate the age of each child. Example : 2 adults and 1 child of 9 years old.
👉 Click on "Terminé" then on "Recherchez". The maximum number of people (adults + children) is 6.
3) Display the price of a cottage :
The list of our 5 cottages appears in ascending order of price and according to availability. You can click on "Plus de détails" to consult the photos, description and equipment of the chosen cottage.
👉 Click on "Affichez Le Tarif".
4) Select a cottage :
Then, the block entitled "Tarif du gîte" appears just below the chosen cottage.
Example : Cottage n°1805 for 3 people at the price of €820,12 for 14 nights.
You can click on "Conditions et Assurance annulation" to consult our General Conditions of Sales and Cancellation insurance.
👉 Click on "Ajoutez" to validate your choice.
Now at the bottom of the screen, "Votre réservation" and the blue button "Continuez" are added.
👉 Click on "Votre réservation" : the dates of your stay, the number of adults and children, the number of nights and the selected cottage are displayed.
👉 Click on "Continuez".
5) Select one or more supplements if needed :
Then, the supplements page shows you all our Paid Services available for your stay.
You can choose one or more. To do this, 👉 click on "Ajoutez au gîte".
A block appears just below the selected supplement. 👉 Click once on the + button to validate your choice.
Example : ménage (household).
👉 Click on "Votre réservation" to see the addition of the supplement below the cottage.
If you don't want any additional supplements, 👉 click on "Continuez". Otherwise, click on the X cross at the top right.
Another example of a chosen supplement : Internet wifi.👉 Click once on the + button to validate your choice.
If you don't want any additional supplements, 👉 click on "Continuez".
6) Fill in your information :
Then, please fill in the various information requested and tick✅ the mandatory box to confirm that you have read and accepted our General Conditions of Sales and our Privacy Policy.
📞 Numéro de Téléphone (Phone number) : enter without spaces, periods, dashes or other characters. Example : "0688284605".
👉 Click on "Continuez vers le paiement".
7) Make the deposit payment :
👉 Review your contact details then click on "Continuer".
👉 Enter your credit card information and click on "Payer". 🔒 SSL secure payment.🛡️
8) Booking Confirmation :
Finally, your reservation is confirmed by the display of this page "Détails de votre réservation", by the automatic e-mail sent to your e-mail address and above all by the summary contract that we send you by e-mail. 🎉
You have completed and successfully made your online reservation. Thank you and see you soon in the Jura Mountains !
